Hotel Monna Lisa was a delightful oasis in the heart of Florence. the serene garden provided a peaceful escape from the bustling city, allowing us to unwind and relax after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. the staff's friendly and attentive service truly made our stay special, ensuring we felt pampered and well taken care of throughout our visit. the location was superb, just a short walk from iconic landmarks like the Duomo and surrounded by charming restaurants offering authentic Italian cuisine. Our room was spacious and cool, offering a comfortable retreat at the end of each day. Breakfast in the morning was a treat, with a delicious spread of local delicacies to start our day off right. Overall, Hotel Monna Lisa exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning on our next trip to Florence. the only recommendation would be to opt for a room with a terrace overlooking the beautiful garden for an even more enchanting experience.
